Cancellations requested after the 1 August 2007 will not be allowed and no refund will be granted, however, tickets may be transferred to a substitute participant. Cancellations made prior to the 31 July 2007, will be refunded in the same manner they were processed (i.e. credit card, cheque etc.), less a processing fee of $100 per ticket. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.}
